allways try to fix a tank leak on the outside first....jb weld, brazing, epoxie..before putting that kreme crap on the inside...just my 2 cents

Kreem is a good product if you know how to apply it correctly.

However, I always prefer to repair a cracked tank the proper way, and that is to weld the crack or replace the tank if it's material failure.

i honestly think the kikker tank cracks is because no spacers between frame and tank.

your right. but i whavent had any prblems yet cause i put spacers on my tank.

hey guys... Kreem is only for plastic or fiberglass tanks... use red-cote on metal...

however.. I'm also of the opinion that outside > in is the best way to go...

I have had six Kikker tanks... All six were spaced and attached correctly. All six leaks around the back tabs. Would have been alot smarter to have made a strap that came up into the tunnel and back down like a real tank normally does instead od those cheap ass welds onto the bottom of that flimsy metal.

yeah i got a leak in my tank an tim went to weld it an ended up maken another hole an chased that hole all over till he finally got it ,yeah its a tin..get a better tank an keep the stock as a back up..

The kikker tanks are soooo thin. I welded mine first and sealed the inside second. Kreeme is not good to use on tanks. Red kote or caswellplating sealer. Both are great and dont break down. Just my .02 cents
